Dance 4 Africa is structured to celebrate the history and culture of African dance and expression.
This highly anticipated event is one of the most exciting and intimate concerts that will take place in Houston, Texas this year.
We expect to draw an audience of 200-300 people in the evening, which will include a fashion show by Rising Star Kachi Designs, live music; headlined by internationally acclaimed Kuumba House Dance Theatre.
DANCE 4 AFRICA is a full concert, and dance workshop event for young Africans and globally minded citizens in the greater Houston area.
Other surprises include special guest appearances, tons of giveaways, and more.
In the daytime, Choreographers will conduct African dance classes from various nations in Africa including, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, and Nigeria.
Highlighted will also be an art exhibit by a Ugandan American artist that is sure to thrill the most distinguished of tastes & more...
